     I spoke to the folks at Hillshire Farms today, at 1-800-328-2426.
      The customer representative said that the Fat-Free sausages and
kielbasa (actually only 97 percent fat free), and all the Lean 'n'
Hardy varieties (what silly names advertisers think up)  contain
gluten and therefore are not safe for us.
      All the Deli Select and smoked sausages, the nice fat and greasy
ones, are GF and Safe.
      Moral: If it's dripping with cholesterol, it's GF. Lovely.
