Thank you for the responses, you all were sooo nice and helpful.
I was especially excited to hear about the gluten baker at the Chapel Hill
Whole Foods.

GF living in the Raleigh area is pretty good. We have
quite a few restaurants that are good with catering to
our special diet (PF Changs, Outback, etc.) and I have
had a lot of luck going into restaurants and talking
to them about what I can & can't eat. There are quite
a few Whole Foods stores here and one (Chapel Hill)
that has a head-baker (Lee Tobin) that has CD. He was
featured on CNBC in May in a special about CD and he
is trying to open a Whole Foods bakery that
specializes in gluten free food only. The Triangle
Gluten-Free Group
(http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Spa/8672/) is
very active and can give you other information and
ideas about the Raleigh area.
