Another poster recently mentioned using rice baby cereal for baking. I've
been using it often for a quick breakfast shake, with 100% lactose reduced
milk, and sometimes also with banana or fruit.  If in a big hurry to get to
work, I just stir up the baby cereal and the liquid, put a straw in the
glass, and take it in the car.  This "shake" seems to tide me over till 10
AM, or so.  I often don't feel like sitting down with corn flakes or gluten
free bread, so this works well.
