I am getting ready to go on an out-of-town weekend trip in a couple of weeks,
and I am a little nervous - can anyone provide suggestions on some easy GF
standbys to keep in the hotel room, just in case I can't eat what's served
(I'm going to a convention)?

Thanks!

By the way, I had many responses to my question on how long you have to be GF
before you may be able to start tolerating lactose again. The replies ranged
anywhere from 2 months - 2 years, depending on the individual, and some still
cannot tolerate lactose, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see - thanks!
