Gary,

You mentioned gluten can do damage even when we dont have symptoms. I
fully agree I find that the longer I'm on the diet the harder it is to
tell when I have eaten gluten the symptoms are not as pronounced as they
used to be. I have been on the diet 3 yrs. and I thought I was feeling
pretty good the last 6 mo. but this past 2 wks. I have been better than I
thought a body could feel. My husband says this is the way I should
feel, I just didn't know what it was like to feel this good. Its like
someone said on this list, getting your life back. Sorry to ramble on
about myself but I want everyone to know there is a light at the end of
the tunnel and the payoff for staying gf is PRICELESS! What could be
more important than your health. Have a happy gf day. Janet
