Currently Papetti makes several egg substitute products. One is Better'n
Eggs and All Whites (100% egg whites). Currently the All Whites is gf,
the Better'n Eggs is NOT gf (it contains hydrolized wheat). However,
they are in the process of making the Better'n Eggs gf and they should
be gf sometime this fall.

POC: 877-727-3884 EST 8am-4pm I was refered to R&D and had a VERY nice
talk with several people in the department.
