Hi!  Nature Foods Centers have been bought out by GNC (General Nutrition
Centers.  But plain rice cakes can be found in grocery stores by Quaker
Oats salted or unsalted.  But the best rice cakes in my opinion are by
Lundberg Family Farms Richvale, CA.  Many health food stores carry them,
and they make many different varieties salted or unsalted.
