MANNA GLUTEN FREE FOOD GALA: On Saturday, November 18 from 9am-6pm Manna 
Mills will hold a Gluten Free Food Gala. They are located at 21705 - 66th Avenue 
West in Mountlake Terrace. Call 425-775-3479 for more information.

Freebees will be available from celiac.com and Gluten Free Pantry.. Remember 
to take free samples as you leave.

DISCUSSION TOPIC: SURVIVING AND THRIVING WITH CELIAC DISEASE DURING THE 
HOLIDAYS: We will have a discussion on how we prepare gluten free (or other allergy 
food free) meals for holiday dinners. How do you avoid contamination from 
gluten (or other food allergies) at holiday parties? How do you tell holiday 
party hostesses about your food allergies or intolerances? How can you convert 
holiday recipes in mainstream magazines to gluten free or allergy safe recipes 
for yourself? Do you have any favorite holiday entrée (non dessert) recipes, 
which you can share with our group? If so, please print out 15 copies to share.

If you have additional celiac related news, please share that during the 
meeting. I was away for most of October and missed any latest developments.
