I just got off the phone with Dick Meyer of Golden Brook Farm. They produce several lines of products one of which I found at my local Wal-Mart SuperCenter here in northeast PA. I would imagine other Wal-Mart SuperCenters carry the product. Golden Brook Farms LeCarb ice cream is both GF and low carb! It comes in six flavors - vanilla, homemade vanilla, lemon, strawberry, chocolate and cinnamon. I have tried the homemade vanilla (which has a slight coconut flavor), the lemon and chocolate. They are all excellent and not very expensive - roughly $2.25 for a pint.
