Thanks so much for all the responses I received. There are some great
ideas out there!
  In June, have an Indoor picnic, and in Nov. a GF Thanksgiving dinner.
Dec. have a cookie exchange.  A website with meeting ideas is
www.gfcfdiet.com/SupportGroupMeetings.htm.
  Have a gf vendor/food fair with vendors/stores setting up tables.
Speaker ideas: Speaker on Americans with Disabilites Act re:employment,
school, health food store owners,  local internists and
gastroenterologists, pharmacists, neurosurgerons,  people who have
traveled a lot, and their experiences on how to deal with diet while
traveling.
  Show and Tell- have members bring gf ideas or products to share
  Ice cream social, newsletters, contact companies to provide gf samples.
  Buddy program- match up new members with veteran members to guide
through the newly diagnosed stage.
  Bring in a pizza cooker and make all kinds of pizza
  Have a Fryday meeting, cook all kinds of fried foods in fryers
  Have gf cookbook authors speak, such Connie Sarros
