Hi
I only got one direct response on gf buttermilk. Someone checked with Borden's and was assured that their buttermilk and cream are both gf. A second respondant noted that the mono & diglycerides are generally only a problem in dry products, and are usually safe in liquid products like buttermilk and cream.
