Here is my summary for all the emails I received regarding GF Las Vegas.? I want to thank everyone who emailed me as I am now excited to know there is plenty for my husband to eat while we are there.

?

Hi Julianne,?
? I just came back from L.V.! We didn't go down where you're staying so I don't know too much about that area but here is where we went. There are 2 P.F. Chang's, we went to the one in Planet Hollywood. Also, we went to Joe's Crab and Steak at the Forum Shops it was excellent but expensive. Also, any of the Wolfgang Puck restaurants can accommodate GF diners. We went to his rest. in MGM. It was the best food of the trip! He has many restaurants in L.V.. Good Luck!?

So I received many replies on my query as to places to eat in Vegas. This is a summary of the most popular answers below.? We personally ended up staying in the Venetian and ate a few times=2 0at the
Grand Lux Cafe which is owned by the Cheesecake Factory. They were nice and made insanely large and packed salads. My husband did end up eating some meals at conference. Some they completely forgot about him and he didnt know til he was sitting for half and hour and food didn't come out and there was
nothing he could do as classes were immediatly after breakfast. We also ate at the Rain forest cafe in the MGM. It was ok they had a GF menu but it was very spendy and just ok. We also had breakfast in the small food court directly off the casino. We used our spanish card and the woman was AWESOME and she made everyone put new gloves on and make fresh everything.
Thanks everyone for your help!

Many servers and staff had limited English.? It might not be a bad idea to travel with restaurant cards in several languages.(this turned out to be very true and we used our spanish card more than anything)

The buffet at the Bellagio

Wolfgang Puck's =96 MGM Grand - GF menu and great service, more high-end

Maggiano's - has GF pasta, in Fashion Show Mall on the strip

Il Fornai restaurant featuring GF pasta - call ahead to verify this.

At Wynn which is very close to Paris there was Daniel Boulud Brasserie which overlooks the lake.? Specify your gluten sensitivity when you make your reservation and you may end up with the same knowledgeable waiter.

?

PF Changs (inside the Alladin) - The lettuce wraps are great. So is the chinese salad and lemon chicken) - lots of positive feedback on this one and their GF menu.

Best of all is Chinois in the Caesars Forum Shops ...they have a gluten free menu and the food is excellent....ask for Michael Yi, the manager. (702)737-9700

The restaurant at the Paris (Mon Ami Gabi) is incredibly understanding;? answered all my questions and said that they tag your order with a brightyellow piece of paper with your allergies/intolerances written on it so there are no mistakes made and the food was great At Wild Bill's Buffalo Wings, the waitress showed me all the sauces That flavor the wings so I could see which were GF (there were some Definite
surprises

The chefs at the Hilton Hotel (buffet) were very fam iliar with gluten Issues and helpful.

*For fast food, your best bet is In & Out, as they have dedicated oil vats for fries, and burgers on lettuce

We had ice cream at cold stone at Excalibur.?? The manager at Coldstone got a new scooper and dished directly into a cup.

Rum Jungle in Mandalay Bay.? The waitstaff was very accommodating and even came back with suggestions from the chef on what? would be safe for us to eat.
