I am doing a research report for my Conflicts in the Church course and I
chose the topic of Celiac and Communion since it is a very important issue in my
life. I am looking for anyone's specific experiences with the Catholic
Church on this matter. Please no facts or any information that is not first
hand, I must be able to cite the original sources for my paper. I would really
appreciate it if anyone was willing to share experiences within their own
parish trying to deal with this issue, I am hoping to include a section about
personal experience, and although I have plenty it would be nice to compare
different responses to this issue. Your response does not need to be long by any
means, as long as I can understand how different Catholics, Parishes, and
Priests deal with this issue. I personally do not feel comfortable using
low-gluten hosts and I think that is not an answer the the problem, just the
Church avoiding the issue more, but this solution will most definitely be
mentioned in my paper, along with its problems. Thank you again for your help. Please
