Hi Fellow list mates.

On my coffee break yesterday I found an article in a Canadian Living
magazine about cooking and living gluten free. It had a good recipe for gf
chocolate cookies which I appreciated ...but... they listed the grains
containing gluten to avoid and amongst the usual ones was buckwheat. Now I
have researched and figured this out years ago and what I came up with is
that buckwheat is a grass not related to wheat and has no gluten in it. I
have used it for years to spice up my bread and pancakes. Oh boy ...now I am
confused. Any thoughts?? Is the article wrong? Has any one else seen it?
Thanks for the help. I have always appreciated any help or suggestions from
this list.
