Sorry this is so far after the initial query about Sudafed Sinus Maximum
Strength and the tip re   Toms of Maine prices.    Three replies:

1. Sudafed has povidone.  The other name for povidone is betadine and
the DH  people should be warned that P is iodine!  (an MD reply)

2.   If you can find a Trader Joe's- there are some in the metropolitan
NYC area-  they carry Tom's products at lower prices than elsewhere.

3.Try not eating dairy foods to cut down on sinus inflammation.
