Dear Friends,

You all have been so very helpful. I am off total baby food but for one jar
of chicken/broth first thing in the morning. I now can eat potatoes (love
them by the way) and meats again. Also green beans (only frozen, not
canned). Not much else though, but I am thankful for what I can eat. I
have been experimenting with sorgum flour and find it quite tasty. Now
comes my newest question. I have been eating gravy on my potatoes almost
every day (trying to get enough calories) but now I have a pain in my right
side like I used to have. I know its gluten free (been making it out of the
fresh chicken or beef broth left over in the pan after baking the meat).
Wondered if it has anything to do with having trouble digesting fats, as
gravy would be a fat, right? Well, there must be some wise old one out
there that has experienced this too that might be able to help me so thought
I would post again. Thanks much. Nancy

...Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where
is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.
