We're thinking about having our #3 child soon. I'd like to hear from
anyone who used the Eisenberg sisters' Best-Odds Diet to manage their
nutrition during pregnancy.

I'd also like to know if anybody's got a good substitute for wheat germ,
which is high on these authors' list of nutritional gold!

On the upside, their book (What to eat when you're expecting) does have
a one-page section on wheat and gluten intolerance adaptation which is
fairly accurate, for non-CD writers!

I'm working on compiling the responses I received about vitiligo, I'll
post that soon, too. TIA, Amy
