Thank you to everyone that responded to my question about low-gluten hosts. I received 27 responses in all and will summarize here. Some of the responses had a lot of good advice or information. If anyone is interested in more detail, please let me know and I can send you the responses that contained this information. If you already asked me for details, I will send you this information individually very soon.

Out of the 27 responses :
10 - were definite no to the low-gluten hosts
4 - said yes they use it and have no reaction (2 of them also said that Fasano said the low gluten hosts are okay for people with CD)
       2 - mentioned Delphiforums.com
        1 - will try them
5 - use something other than the low-gluten host i.e. piece of rice bread; Glutano wafer; Ener-G Gluten- low-gluten hosts
A few also had very good advice, so I've already responded tto theml
