I just found that Amero Foods Mfg. Corp sells a flourless chocolate cake
mix in 25 lb bags for $68 (makes 50, 8" cakes).
(http://www.pastryonline.com/~pastry/pastrystar/cakes.html)  They advertise
that it is good for people with wheat allergies but the only information I
could get from the sales person was that it contained Hazelnut flour.  Is
anyone on the list familiar with this mix?  If it's gluten free it could be
a great resource for weddings, parties and the like (or just for home use).
