This Saturday (October 12), Whole Foods in San Diego is sponsoring a
wheat-free/gluten-free fair. The event is noon to 4 p.m. at the La Jolla
store, and is free to the public.  I'll be talking from 1-2 p.m. about the
entire gluten-sensitivity spectrum, and of course specifically about celiac
disease.
