I am looking at new recipes in Jane Brody's Good Food Book.  There are lots
of naturally gf recipes in it and many more easily convertible.  I need
suggestions of what can be substituted for wheat germ.  BTW You will laugh
when she laments about the "high price" of buckwheat pasta!!  She has no
idea.  Thanks. Clare
