Hello all,
this list is such an invaluable resource. I have been diagnosed within
the last three months and have been implementing a totally gluten-free
diet to WONDERFUL results. The problem is, growing up Italian, I miss
staples like ravioli and tortellini more than I can describe. Any
recommendations for gluten-free tortellini or ravioli, companies that
make these products or recipes would be greatly appreciated.
Also, with superbowl and football season approaching, any
recommendations for gluten-free pizza crusts would be great...so far I
have tried several made with rice flour that have just tasted like
cardboard.

If this is an inappropriate use of the listserv, I apologize- I just
don't know any celiacs in my area and don't know where to turn for
advice and insight.

Thank you!

Ashlee
