Wow! Thanks so much for all the replys! I think I learned a lot more about
rennet than I needed too!!! ha ha - I had no idea it came from a cows
stomach, and in cheese making, it is used to coagulate the milk and create
curds. Here's a definition:

1. a substance found in the mucous membranes of a calf's stomach:
contains rennin, an acid-producing enzyme that aids in coagulating milk
and is used in cheese-making.

2. a term used imprecisely tgo describe any substance used to facilitate
the seperation of curds and whey during cheese-making.

Eveyone believes it is GF and most said very tasty (yet gross LOL)!
