A couple of weeks ago, someone posted about a company called
Kinnickinnick (or something close to that) that had good quality rolls,
bagels (I think), etc., and was going to post the #800.  In case you
got side-tracked, I'm still interested--or in any other source of ready
made gluten-free hotdog or hamburger rolls, pitas, bagels, donuts (just
spent 5 hours making them 2 at a time on a donut maker)(but their my
son's favorite food, and I have a lot in the freezer now).  Thanks in
