Hello All

PLEASE HELP
I am new to this so please forgive me if I am a bit longwinded. My
doctor put me on an everything free diet two years ago. And I felt so
great I stayed on it but have managed to narrow my problems down to
wheat and dairy. I am now trying to get tested for CD but my specialist
wants me to eat gluten for 3 months. I don't think I can manage this
with working as well and trying to set up my own business.

My doctor has talked to the specialist and he has relented to 1 month,
which is better but still a long time for me. Since I did try
challenging myself over Easter with two hot cross buns and a piece of
garlic (over 3 days) and I had terrible gas, a rash, more than normal
hair falling out, and dehydration. It took two days to get over and I
ended up taking a day off work. The symptoms may have been exaggerated
by a couple of other problems but they were still there. A month of this
and I would be useless at work.

I have found a study which shows that over 60% of the adults challenged
showed relapses in their biopsy within 3 weeks. If anyone else has/is in
the same situation or can help in anyway, I would be very grateful to
hear from you.

I will even try a summary.
Thanking you all in advance.
