I'm going on day 3 of a sinus headache, feels like my right eye is going to jump out of the socket, plus I'm sick to my stomach.  I called about Sudafed Sinus Headache and it does contain gluten.  I took some Tylenol Sinus and I thought it was safe.  Any suggestions out there?
