I would like to hear from those who already receive the hosts from the  Benedictine Monastery  in Missouri. I would like to know what procedures you and your church take and how, logistically you receive Communion in Catholic masses on a weekly basis. I am trying to find a procedure that would work easily for my parish. Please, I am not asking for people's opinions of the host nor am I trying to start a controversy here.
I am also interested if you have experienced any side effects or if you have had you blood levels tested since receiving the hosts.
