I am interested in any information about electric grain mills. Which
ones work well with what a celiac can eat- ie: nuts, beans, alternate
grains? What are the prices? Does the mill have a guarantee, etc? Does
anyone know of places to order these nuts/beans/alternate grains? Any
information would be greatly appreciated as I am finding out that
freshly ground products make a world of difference with the final baked
product.

Thank you for your response.
