Hi all,

I've been reading these posts but I am not sure I really get it........
Do You actually mean that dietians and hospital staff doesn't know about
the Celiac diet or other diets? Then why on earth are they working
there? I thought they learned these things in their education, at least
here they do! (That's Sweden).

It must be really horrible to know that you might get contaminated even
in a hospital! That's really amazing almost unbelivable!
