In 3 weeks I am going on a weekend prison ministry team, and need to provide
gluten free quick meals for myself.  I have never ordered from Menu Direct
(Dietary Specialties) and would like any suggestions from anyone who has.
Could you recommend specific entrees since they list about 10-12.  I have no
financial interest in this company - it is just the only one I know anything
about..  Thanks ahead!!
