Hi everyone--

3 years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and
have been quite healthy since going gluten free.
However, about a month ago, I started to feel sick
again and I am quite sure that I am not eating any
gluten. I think I have narrowed soy down as a big one
but there could be others.
yesterday I saw an allergist who made sure that it
wasn't a "food allergy" and now I have an appointment
to see the GI doctor that diagnosed me with Celiac
three years ago.
My questions are: has anyone had this experience? What
types of testing could I expect the GI to do? Are
there definitive tests or should I try to figure it
out on my own through an elimination diet?

any thoughts would be helpful. I don't have great
health insurance right now so I want to make sure it
is worth going...

Teresa
