Hello Everyone I am going to Portugal for a short holiday soon after
seeing the gastroenterologist for the first time in the New Year. I
feel sure he is going to say to go GF, but this holiday presents quite a
challenge as I will not be really used to GF by then. If I have not had
all my tests by then it will be difficult as I will still have
considerable symptoms - mainly gastric - and that will not be fun. Can
anyone tell me what the food is like in Portugal? Are there any foods
that I should really avoid? Are there any tips for coping in a large
hotel for a week. I am hoping the food is buffet style as at least I
may have some level of choice. What should I take with me?

Take care - Sheila
