I saw on the delphi list of GF foods (Jan 2004) that Duncan Hines
Frostings are all gluten free.  However, I am a little scared because
they also must make wheat containing cake mixes as well in the same
plant.  I tried calling and got a recording that disconnected me after
they told me to go to their website or write them a letter.  The
website says nothing.

Has anyone had any experience with their frostings or suggestions for
gluten free dairy free frosting recipes (vanilla and chocolate).
