I was doing some research on lab results and came across the web page below
on the enzyme Lipase.  Although pancreatic enzymes have been discussed on
this list, I hadn't seen this article before and thought it was quite
interesting that it mentioned celiac disease "Pancreatic enzymes have been
most studied in treating early-diagnosed celiac disease (a condition that
affects the intestinal tract and can cause nutrient deficiencies) by
enhancing the benefit of a gluten-free diet."
