Since I live in NYC, it was easy for me to stop in to the Atkins center
recently and ask about their mixes etc.  As it turns out, they had
abosolutely no idea what celiac is, what products are gf etc.

Some products would have been a gof-send, but contained wheat.  The
irony is, of course, that Atkins promotes the use of soy flour in his
cookbooks, but his mexes contain wheat.
