  My daughter is getting married at the end of December in Las Vegas.  
She has celiac as do several other family members.  She really wants to 
have a gluten free wedding cake (either full size or a smaller one for 
her and the rest of us celiacs).  Does anyone know of a good reliable 
bakery in or near Las Vegas that can safely make one?  None of us live 
there so we cannot make our own.
