I heard from 8 people - 4 four thought it was an excellent resource - and 4 thought it was out of date and/or expensive.
Comments made:
1. The best part is the 800 numbers of almost all the pharmaceutical companies
2. It lots of prescription meds and over the counter listed and addresses for contacting the companies.
3. Any printed book will be out of date as soon as it is published.
4. It is quite expensive and I find it huge, awkward and cumbersome to use.
5. It is expensive but good to have.
6. The only possible use it would be is to get phone numbers and contact information and you can easily get that from the web. Most of the drug companies did not respond to the author's inquiries about their products, so most of the responses were negative even though the meds might very well be GF.
7. It's expensive and outdated in a year or less.
8. Yes, this resource is excellent. It is available through the CSA website at www.csaceliacs.org.
Thank you for your help.
Regina
