Seeking Gluten-Free Vendors in the Boston/New England Area for Saturday, November 1 Event

The Celiac Disease Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center 
(BIDMC), Boston, MA, will be hosting its 1st Celiac Center Forum on 
Saturday, November 1, 2008 from 9AM to 12:30PM.  The forum will include 
experts speaking on celiac disease, as well as a variety of gluten-free 
food vendors who will provide guests with free samples of their product, 
as well as products for sale.  The forum will also open up for 
discussion and questions after the speakers have addressed their 
individual topics.  We expect about 150 people.  

Vendors will be welcome to offer samples to the participants and will be able to sell pre-packaged, sealed products. There is no fee for vendor tables.
