Hi all,

I just received a cookbook from Jowar Foods. It looks like some great
recipes and helpful hints. The book states it is for the Gluten
Intolerant, Gourmet and health conscious.

I started to using Jowar flour when I became concerned with the amount
of Rice and corn I was eating. I have had no problem with this flour
and enjoy their Jo-krisp cereal.
I have use Jowar as an exact substitute for wheat flour on occasion.

The book has recipes from Ethiopia, Southern Africa and India also along
with the usual breads, muffins, deserts and main meals.

I guess you can just contact the Company if you are interested.
www.jowar.com./, e-mail [log in to unmask] or (806) 363-9070.

I have no financial interest in this company. Only to share
information.
