I was so excited today.  I know it came over the list that Citrical was
gf.  I went to the store to buy some and on the box it said "contains no
wheat, barley, yeast or rye; is sugar, dairy and gluten free and
contains no artificaial colors."  I have never seen this except at
health food stores.  Hopefully none of the other ingredients will bother
me.

We are making progress, gang!!!!!!!!!
