I'm not sure whether this will clear up any confusion about the recipe I
posted for carrot cake. But I did contact the woman who had made it
before, and she said I had copied the recipe correctly. Sooooo...I'm not
sure why mine turned out flat. Maybe yours won't.  She had made it 3 or
