Hello Everyone

Last month, it was Reader's Digest and Women's Health magazine. This month,
I was quoted in an Associated Press/CNN article and will be featured in an
upcoming issue of American Lifestyle magazine.

Also, the Whole Grains Council asked me to write a gluten-free page for
their web site at http://wholegrainscouncil.org/GlutenFree.html

This tells me that our gluten-free way of life is being recognized as a
viable lifestyle by more and more people.

I hope you have a great July 4th weekend and can enjoy a wealth of wonderful
gluten-free food during your celebrations.

May all your dishes come true,
