I had my first gluten accident a few days ago and noticed the day after things
cleared up that I had that "feeling of well being" just as I had when I first
went on the diet four months ago. Is that uncommon? I know it sounds
psychological (endorphins, etc), however, it seems to go beyond that. How
many of you have the same feeling of well being after having an accident?
