I had a Zojirushi bread machine and the Teflon started to flake off from the
paddle as well as the pan. Its very expensive to replace the pan and the
paddles, 
almost the price of another machine.
I tried the Breadman TR875 and used the gluten free setting and the bread
was still uncooked in spots. And the top was not done.
Any suggestions for a good bread machine.
