Hi everyone-just came back from a business trip. I stayed at the Holiday
Inn at Hersey/Grantville PA. WEll the chef was wonderful!! I sent back my
restaurant card, and he came out to consult with me-I got a wonderful
steamed salmon steak in lemon and lime juice with carrots and steamed
potatoes. Everyone else was loooking at my food, saying it looked better
than theirs'.
        In  addition, he left a note for the breakfast chef and told me
what to tell the staff to be sure I got the "safe" breakfast. So if you
ever go out that way (and Hersheyt does make GF chocolate, and there's a
great amusement park for the kids), send some business their way-you'll be
as pleasantly surprised as i was!!-Marne , back home in NJ
