Hi All -  I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in back and hip, and my dr would like me to go on some arthritis meds.  With our sensitive stomachs I was wondering what you have found successful to use without too much side effects and, of course,  glutenfree.  Did you find that a rheumatologist was more knowledgeable and helpful?  I have tried the glucosamine/chondroitin route to no avail so unless you have had spectacular results with these do not include  them.  Thanks in advance and I will summarizee.
