Thank you to everyone who responded.

The replies were split between those who noted that
Kraft does not include Philadelphia Cream Cheese on their
gluten-free list, meaning it may have some gluten, and those
who use Philadelphia Cream Cheese without problems.

Since I am very sensitive, I choose not to use Philadelphia
Cream Cheese since it isn't on Kraft's GF list.

Several gluten-free brands were suggested, but these are
not in my area - We have Jewel, Dominick's, Walt's, and Shop
N Save (Certified) supermarkets here.  Further brand suggestions
are welcome, as well as GF Neufatel brands.
