the story starts in 1970 with fatigue. Summer of 70 had two gallbladder
attacks. Under Dr. care 1 year.

New Dr. put me on gallbladder salts {dehydrochloric acid] I was ok in 3
days. Used these salts for three years. Had only occasional problems.

Went several years with problems only in spring or fall with changes in
weather. Had several Dr. check my gallbladder and not find the cause.

In Dec 89 PREVENTION MAGAZINE had an article on celiac, I tried a gluten
free diet and that took care of the problem. I have intolerance to
gluten no vomiting or only blotting and cons. I can eat glutinonce in a
while with no problems. But if I continue to enjoy gluten I have
problems and it takes a couple of weeks to get ok.

My adviser is to stay completely off gluten! Then on special occasions I
can enjoy limited gluten.

We are like alcoholics always wanting gluten.

For me I use white corn tortios for all my bread needs they are handy
stays together and much easier on my wife.
