Hi All--

Has anyone baked a GF yeast bread in a slow cooker or crockpot? I saw a
recipe for bread baked in a rice cooker, so I Googled "slow cooker bread"
and found hundreds of recipes - too many to sort through. I have a wonderful
bread recipe from a fellow listmate, but don't have a clue what kind of
modifications I might need to make. The recipes I found used a coffee can
placed in the crockpot, so our heavy flours would have to rise even more
than we ask them to in a typical bread pan.

Any tips or suggestions would be welcome, as well as any experience anyone
might have with this type of baking. I'll summarize any responses. Thanks a
bunch! ~~Ayn in Alabama
