Pat, my cholesterol has always been low. It was 125 (probably TOO LOW) when
I had a heart attack!

Are you on the low protein diet because of fear of heart problems?

Anyway, mine was up to 130 the last time it was taken, after a couple of
years gluten-free. I don't know what will happen on the blood tests this
month ...

I think the heart attack was definitely one of those homocysteine-caused
ones. At the time of the heart attack, I was anemic and definitely
undiagnosed with celiac.

Of all the things I need to worry about, I figure cholesterol is probably
the last one! I eat protein once a day, whether I need to or not ...

Sue
